I got hail damage. What should I do?
Open the claim with your insurance company
Only the policyholder is authorized to initiate a claim with the insurance company.
Take the vehicle to our shop or arrange a free pick up and delivery with us
You may bring your vehicle to one of our shops, or contact us via call or text to schedule a free pick-up and delivery service. Upon receiving your vehicle, you will be required to sign an authorization form, allowing us to proceed with the repairs and prompting your insurance to make direct payments to us.
We’ll reach out the adjuster managing your claim and forward our estimate
Upon receiving your vehicle at our shop, we will promptly begin the repair process and aim to return it to you as quickly as possible. We will notify your adjuster that our team is handling the repairs. Concurrently, we will verify if your policy includes a rental car provision. If it does not, we will provide one of our courtesy vehicles for your use during the repair period. Before starting any work, we will send our estimate to your adjuster for approval. If you have already received a check and an estimate from your insurance company, the same process applies, except that you will be responsible for the payment.
Estimate approved by your insurance
This step is contingent upon approval from your insurance adjuster and appraiser. We will begin working on your vehicle as soon as we receive their authorization. Additionally, we always use new and genuine parts for replacements.

After completing a detailed inspection, we will provide a free car detail to return your vehicle in like-new condition, ensuring your satisfaction. You can choose to have your vehicle delivered or pick it up yourself.
